What To Expect
The Pre-Visit
Once you've booked your New Guest Package and filled out the New Guest Form, you'll receive a confirmation with all the details you need before your appointment.
If you're unsure which service is best for you, don't worry — I'll guide you through the process once you arrive. Feel free to bring inspiration photos or make notes about what you love (or don't love) about your hair.
My goal is to make sure you feel completely comfortable and excited for your transformation.
The Consultation
When you arrive, we'll begin with an in-depth conversation about your hair history, goals, and lifestyle. You'll fill out a short form in my chair so I can truly understand your unique needs. Together, we'll discuss your preferences, maintenance routine, and how to achieve the look you want while keeping your hair healthy.
I'll walk you through my professional recommendations and create a plan that suits you — whether that's low-maintenance color or a more frequent refresh schedule.
Before we begin, I'll make sure all your questions are answered so you feel confident and relaxed throughout your visit.
In Between Visits
Once your service is complete, I'll style your hair and walk you through how to maintain your look at home. You'll receive a customized maintenance plan, including the ideal timing for your next appointment and product recommendations to keep your hair looking its best between visits.
Before you leave, we'll schedule your next session so you can stay on track with your hair goals.
