Can I be honest for a second?

Social media is exhausting.

Not because creating content is hard. I actually love sharing my work, educating, and connecting with people here.

What’s exhausting is everything that comes with it.

What should I post?
When should I post it?
Will people engage with it?
Should I make it a reel, a carousel, or a story?
Is this valuable enough?
Am I posting too much? Not enough?

What started as sharing has slowly become strategy, analytics, algorithms, trends, captions, hooks, engagement, consistency, and constantly feeling like I need to be “on.”

And the truth is, some days it’s mentally draining.

There’s so much pressure to stay visible that it can be easy to forget there’s a real person behind the account. A person trying to run a business, serve clients, answer messages, learn, grow, and still have a life outside of their phone.

So today, I’m giving myself permission to remember that my worth isn’t measured by views, likes, or reach.
