These Terms outline how I operate my business and what you can expect when working with me. By booking an appointment or using my website, you agree to these terms.

Appointments

Appointments can be booked online or in person. Please make sure your contact info is up to date so I can reach you with any important updates or reminders.

New Guest Services

If you're new to Flourish Hair Co., please book one of my New Guest Packages. These are designed to give us extra time to consult, assess your hair goals, and create a personalized plan just for you.

Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction means everything to me. If something doesn’t feel quite right, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment so I can make any necessary adjustments. Corrections must align with the original consultation and do not include major changes or new looks.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

I respect your time, and I ask that you respect mine in return. 

• Cancellations or reschedules require at least 48 hours’ notice. This gives me time to accommodate another guest.

• Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service(s).

• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

Repeat no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in limited access to future bookings.

To cancel or reschedule, please use the link in your confirmation email or contact me directly.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to adjust or reschedule your service so it doesn’t impact the next guest. Please reach out if you're running behind — I’ll always do my best to accommodate when possible.

Payment

I accept all major credit/debit cards and contactless payments. Payment is due at the time of service.

Gratuity is always appreciated, but never expected. NO CHECKS.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to me. Any personal information you share is used only for communication and appointment purposes. I’ll never sell or share your info.

Right to Refuse Service

To maintain a peaceful and professional space, I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including disrespectful behavior or violation of these policies.
