What To Expect
The Pre-Visit
Once you’ve booked your New Guest Package, you’ll receive a confirmation with all the details you need before your appointment. If you’re unsure which service is best for you, don’t worry—I’ll guide you through the process once you arrive. Feel free to bring inspiration photos or make notes about what you love (or don’t love) about your hair. My goal is to make sure you feel completely comfortable and excited for your transformation!
The Consultation
When you arrive at the salon, we’ll begin with an in-depth conversation about your hair history, goals, and lifestyle. You’ll fill out a short form in my chair so I can better understand your hair’s unique needs. Together, we’ll discuss your color preferences, maintenance routine, and how to achieve the look you want while keeping your hair healthy. I’ll walk you through my professional recommendations and create a plan that suits you, whether you want low-maintenance color or a more frequent refresh schedule. Before we begin, I’ll make sure all your questions are answered so you feel confident and relaxed throughout your visit.
In Between Visits
Once your service is complete, I’ll style your hair and walk you through how to maintain your look at home. You’ll receive a customized maintenance plan, including the ideal timing for your next appointment and product recommendations to keep your hair looking its best between visits. Before you leave, we’ll schedule your next session so you can stay on track with your hair goals. If you have any questions or need any guidance after your appointment, I’m always here to help!
